We
charge a nominal fee for downloads in order to support the ongoing provision of
this service, and future developments of the tool. All downloads are in .pdf
format.
License
When
you purchase any one of the SilverBullet analysis outputs offered for sale
via this site, you purchase the right to download the purchased analysis for
use on a single computer, plus the right to maintain one or more backup copies
for the purchaser’s use only. In addition, the purchaser can print off and
maintain a single hardcopy of the downloaded analysis at any given time. Where
a user requires access to multiple soft or hard copies of any given analysis
document, multiple copies of the analysis report must be puchased.
Refunds
Due
to the soft-copy nature of the product being sold here, no refunds are possible
once a purchase has been made. If this condition is not acceptable, we suggest
that you do not make a purchase.
Disclaimer
Although
a significant amount of effort has been expended to verify the correctness of
the analysis outputs, due to the nature of the analysis and the complexity of
the code and of validation, no guarantee can be provided as to the validity of
every detail in the analysis output. In some instances, a few source files have
been omitted from the analysis due to currently-unhandled program constructs.
If defects are detected in the results of the analysis
please notify us and
we will endeavour to remedy the more significant defects in future drops of the
analysis outputs.
Due
to possible errors and omissions in the documents available for download, the
use of the documents by the purchaser in support of software- or system-related
development is entirely at the puchaser's risk. By accepting the conditions
indicated on this web page, the purchaser agrees to absolve Arian Systems and
all its employees of any liability that may arise from the use of the
informaton downloaded from this Arian Systems site.
Persons
downloading the results of the analysis must accept to do so on the above
basis.
